Vera VR-34

VERA-34 is a low viscosity elastomer solvent-based adhesive produced of non-flammable solvents for double-sided or single-sided spraying applications, depending on the materials used.

VERA-34 has a high flexibility, high adhesion strength, fast drying and long working time and those are its general features.

VERA-34 is an adhesive that suitable for all mattress and sofa production applications; for bonding sponge and PU foam to wood, metal, felt, natural or synthetic fabric or leather.

VERA-34 and especially with the fact that it is produced of non-flammable solvents, this allows it to be used easily in the production of beds and seats containing springs and metal components that are loaded with electrostatic energy.

VERA-34 can be stored for 12 months without any change in viscosity when stored in its original packaging at the temperature between 20°C.

VR-34 is produced in 4 kg (Net/Tin), 15 kg (Net/Tin), 225 kg (Net/Barrel) ve 1200 kg (Net/IBC) packages.
